The author is a visionary, passionate and aggressive researcher come up with this paper. The evolutionary way of teaching across the continent via virtual machines of an online learning system. It based on the waterfall model in which descriptive research was applied to non-computer program students. To ensure that the users at not highly competent in terms of using gadgets and computer applications. Data from the pre-assessment survey and interview were treated by using the weighted mean to determine the level of accessibility and efficiency of the developed online learning system. The accessibility and efficiency to information from the web, posting the message and attend synchronous discussion is evident that users can manage to use the developed system, even a low rated experience in uploading files can be developed while using the system. Thus, the developed system is important in maintaining teaching and learning that online interaction can be used to enhance learning, especially for the student who tend to keep in the learning process.
