Beschreibung

Analyzing Immune System Response (ISR) is an enigmatic task, the research introduces a brief description for ISR from Computer Science perspective. ISR as a whole undergoes to a comprehensive investigation to infer the basic building block of immune computing " the function", "inputs, process, outputs". By analogue between the Immune System (IS) functionality and computer science disciplines, we figure out the interdisciplinary fields, and answer the question of "What is the most comprehensive approach, to describe immune response?". We propose four phases "Maturation, Recognition, Decision making, and Execution", at our cognitive computing approach to infer ISR functions, illustrated by flowchart diagrams, and descriptive analysis guided by a computational approach. Furthermore a generic comprehensive flowchart model for ISR as a holistic system. The audiences are supposed to students, or researchers from computer science, biology, immunology, as well knowledge seekers who want to understand the major ISR mechanisms to keep the body in a healthy state.
