Dalila ElKerdany is a Professor of Architecture and Urban Design at the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt. Christoph Wessling is a Dipl.Ing. Urban Planner and Dipl.Ing. for Architecture. Since 2011, he is the Head and scientific Coordinator of the Middle East Cooperation Unit (MEC), Institute of Urban Development and Design, University of Technology Cottbus, Germany.
