Dr. Himanshu Govil received his Ph.D. in Geology from Aligarh Muslim University, India and P.G. Diploma In Geoinformatics from Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (Indian Space Research Organization) and Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation of the University of Twente.
