Dissimilar physiography, climatic and geological feature is responsible for this heterogeneous soil distribution in India. This diversity of earth has influenced the nation and its culture in distinctive way. Author duo Dr Biplab Tripathy an academician and Subhechya Raha a research scholar together have composed three books and numerous research articles. Through this work the authors have tried highlight the regional array of soils in India.

Dr Biplab Tripathy is a well known author and academician, presently working as Assistant Professor and research Coordinator in Arunachal University of Studies, Namsai, Arunachal Pradesh, India. He has authored four books, numerous research papers and articles on national and international repute based on social science and contemporary issues.
