Analytical chemistry involves the application of a range of techniques and methodologies to obtain and assess qualitative, quantitative and structural information on the nature of matter. There are two branches in analytical chemistry: qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Chemical analysis, the study of the chemical composition and structure of substances. More broadly, it may be considered the corpus of all techniques whereby any exact chemical information is obtained.

The author, Dr. P. Lakshmi Kishore obtained his post graduation in 2005 and PhD in 2019 from Andhra university. He has 15 years of teaching and 5 years of research experience. Presently working as Assistant Professor in PG department of chemistry at MVR PG college and Guest Assistant Professor at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
