Express Saccades Makers (ESMs) are those who produce a high proportion (>30%) of express saccades (latency in the range of 80-120ms). And its neural mechanism remains unclear. Our aim was to investigate the saccadic eye movements among the Chinese population using the Saccadometry and then use functional MRI (fMRI) to further explore its relevant brain functional mechanism.
