Pyrimidine and its derivatives exhibiting pharmacological and therapeutic properties such as anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, antitumor, calcium channel antagonist, antihypertensive and anticancer activities etc have attracted interest in medicinal chemistry. MCRs are of increasing importance in organic and medicinal chemistry, in times where a premium is put on speed, diversity and efficiency in the drug discovery process. The work has been a continuation of our work from the series of five books namely Pyrimidines, Quinazolines, Pyrimidines fused with heterocyclic rings, Novel Pyrazoles part I and Novel Pyrazoles part II. The book entitled TriazoloPyrimidines: Synthesis and Biological Prediction Study comprises of the literature Survey of Multicomponent Reactions (MCR) and the Synthesis, Characterization and Biological Prediction Study of Triazolo Pyrimidine Derivatives. The content in the books is highly significant for the researchers and students of synthetic heterocyclic pharmaceutical Chemistry
