If you are interested in a book containing detailed study of adsorption of paracetamol (acetaminophen) with various adsorbents including charcoal, then this is the suitable book for you. My work attempted to find the in vitro adsorption of paracetamol in its tablets and suspension by various adsorbents in Simulateed Gastric Fluid and Simulated Intestinal Fluid. The effect of pH, excipients and milk on in vitro adsorption of paracetamol by Activated Charcoal was also studied. Palatability study of Activated Charcoal-milk mixture was also performed.

Pawan Bhatta is a young Pharmaceutical Scientist of Nepal. He passed his Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2014 from Tribhuvan University. He has worked in Pharmaceutical industries as Production Pharmacist and as instructor of medicinal chemistry and pharmaceutics in college. He has published research related to excipients used in medicine.
