Owing to the depletion of Fossil fuels, developing alternate energy storage sources has become imperative to tap and store the energy from renewable sources like wind, solar and tidal energies. Supercapacitors particularly have received much attention in the field of flexible electronics owing to its high energy and power density. Developing new kind of materials that can deliver high energy and power is also an important parameter in fabricating supercapacitor. In this work, a ternary nanocomposite material was designed and tested for supercapacitor application which delivered good specific capacitance and cyclic retention.
