Teaching of chemistry is a very important challenge. It involves a lot of effort on the behalf of both teachers and students, especially in a laboratory. The magic of learning chemistry in relation to other sciences, lies in the fact that it can come through observation. In chemistry, theory and experiment, observation and interpretation are combined perfectly by making chemistry, the center of science. Our goal by writing this laboratory biochemistry guide is to present a series of biochemistry experiments that represent a fairly wide range of this field. Students will come through the experiment with the basic principles of biochemistry. The experiments are designed so that, through bibliographic research, to face, a multidimensional study of the interpretation of each experiment. In this way, the student in each field can analyze and deepen his knowledge from the perspective of his interest.
