In this book, author has reported details of polymorphic form available for Deferasirox. The author has studied the patent(s)/application(s) filed on this subject till the date. The discussed literature will be useful to several researchers for development of economically viable polymorphs of Deferasirox. Based on this concept, new and improved novel polymorphic forms of Deferasirox are in current development. An overview of Deferasirox polymorph and their preparations enable opportunity for research to further explore the new avenues in the area of polymorphism.

Dr Amit Dodiya has doctorate degree in organic chemistry. Presently, he is working as a head of IPR department in one of the reputed pharma company based at Gujarat, India. He is also delivering lectures as a visiting faculty in many colleges. He has published many books, articles, book chapters, reviews and also having several patents on his name.
