This book will give the basic concepts of nano-materials and their applications in field of electronics. It will also provide the explanation about the different ways of defect introduction in pyrochlore structure to enhance their electric and dielectric properties as well as the basic characterization techniques and their understandings used for nano-materials so that young students and researchers can get understanding about Nano mechanism.

Muhammad Asim Farid received his MS degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan Pakistan in 2012. Currently, he is working in Prof. Guobao Li's group at College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Peking University as PhD Research Scholar. His research interests include perovskite oxides and superconductivity.
