Dr HK Garg is Professor of Molecular Biology & Genetics with Department of Higher Education, Government of MP India. He has been an Announcer with AIR, an Apprentice Pilot with Civil Aviation & Indian Air Force and a Trainer with State Election Commission, Census Secretariat, MP Administration Academy. He has authored more than 100 Research Papers.
