The aim of this research is to analyze and estimate household waste flow based on the results of surveys and interviews used to gather information on municipal solid waste generation, composition patterns and their distinctive features. Based on the gathered data, the current municipal waste generation conditions were analyzed in Ulaanbaatar city and identified the recycling management difficulties.

Gombojav Delgermaa has awarded Bachelor of Management in Eco tourism from the International Tourism Management Institute of Mongolia in 2002. She received her Master Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Kitakyushu of Japan in 2016. Her research interest is recycling management and municipal solid waste management.
