This book deals with Production of cyclodextrin glucanotransferase (CGTase) from Bacillus subtilis isolated from agriculture field soil samples. Initial screening, preliminary qualitative and quantitative assays, Optimization of nutritional conditions for the bulk production of CGTase followed by Biochemical stabilization studies, which is a desirable characteristic features that find applications in industries.
