Parasitology is the study of parasitism; a multidisciplinary subject covering diverse topics including morphology, taxonomy, biology, behaviour, lifecycles, pathogenesis, epidemiology, diagnostic tools, and technique such as collection, processing, preparation of slides, concentration technique as well as the prevention and control of infections. This book is useful for undergraduate, and graduate students of life and allied health sciences and laboratory professionals. The laboratory techniques are elaborated very well and clear contents.
Autorenporträt
Dr. Ashok Kumar Sah was born in Saptari district in Nepal. He studied at the HNB Garhwal University in India where he completed two degrees: BSc, and MSc in Medical Laboratory Science. As a scholar, he continued his research at the Glocal University, Saharanpur (UP), India and completed his doctoral degree in Clinical Biochemistry in 2019.
