P. Goura is a native of India. He Studied his B.Sc(Ag) from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi-India and M.Sc(Ag)in Agril Chem & Soil Sc from IAS, University of Calcutta, Kolkata-India,PGDAEM from MANAGE,Hyderabad-India and Co-authors of Scientific Journal and participated in various Training. Presently he is working with Govt. of West Bengal in India.
