Beschreibung
This book encompasses the pre-weaning growth performance of Western Highland goats and the management aspects of those goats focusing on feeding management, housing management disease management, castration practices, culling practices, weaning practice in different agro-ecological zones of the study area. In addition, it deals with major constraints of goat production and possible ways of alleviating bottle necks which hindered goat production activity in the area and the reproductive and productive potential of goats in the area.
Autorenporträt
The author was born in Amhara Region, Ethiopia, in November, 1988. He has got his MSc Degree in Animal Production from Bahir Dar University and BSc degree in Animal, Rangeland and wildlife Science from Mekelle University. He worked at Agricultural College and Assosa University before 2014 G.C and currently he is working in the University of Gondar.
