Today,neurological diseases are one of the most important factor in the death. Including the deadly nerve disorders,neurological diseases can be noted Dyslexia disease.The disease is caused by mutations in genes in nerve cells. But epigenetic factors also have an important role in the ability to induce the disease.In this study we have analyzed 50 people.10 patients Dyslexia disease and 10 persons control group.The genes DCDC2,KIAA0319,DYX1C1,analyzed in terms of genetic mutations made.In this study,people who have genetic mutations were targeted,with nervous disorders, Moyamoya disease.In fact,of all people with Dyslexia disease.10 patients Dyslexia disease had a genetic mutations in the genes DCDC2 ,KIAA0319,DYX1C1,Dyslexia disease.Any genetic mutations in the target genes control group,did not show.
