Beschreibung
Today, sleep disorders in humans, a lot of it is mental illness in humans. Sleep disorders in humans stems from several factors. Factors such as malnutrition, polluted ecosystems to harmful chemical and physical factors, family problems and most important genetic changes. In this book, there are three important genes in human sleep disorders assessed. In this study, genes HLA-DR2 and HLA-DR14 and HLA-DQB1 meaningful and meaningless in terms of genetic mutations, were analyzed. In this study we have analyzed 3,000 people. 1,400 patients and 1,600 control group had sleep disturbances. The genes HLA-DR2 and HLA-DR14 and HLA-DQB1 analyzed in terms of genetic mutations made.In this study, people who have genetic mutations were targeted, with nervous disorders, sleep or slept badly. In fact, all of people with insomnia and bad sleep, 1024 people had a genetic mutation in the gene HLA-DQB1 And 206 had a genetic mutation in HLA-DR14 gene were a genetic mutation in the gene HLA-DR2 and 170, respectively. Any genetic mutations in the target genes control group, did not show.
