Beschreibung
Genomic library is a wonderful phenomenon, which consists of a set of recombinant clones that contain the entire DNA present in an individual organism. Genomic library of Prosopis cineraria can be generated from fragmented genomic DNA ligated into a suitable vector i.e. pUC 18 vector. Nevertheless, a set of 503 clones has been generated in the present investigation with desired insert size and may be used as probes to generate RFLPs or to develop SSR merkers after further screening.

Dr, Sandhya Mittal has awarded her Ph.D. in 2013 from SGVU, Jaipur. She is presently working as assistant professor at SGVU, Jaipur.
