The aim of the present book is to explore the basic information of planted/introduced 172 Medicinal and Aromatic plants in Herbal Garden. It is also a well record on diversity of Medicinal and Aromatic plants. The book is a repository of Medicinal and Aromatic plants and will perform its better utility among the plant conservation biologists, gardeners, students, researchers and all the peoples interested in the field of Medicinal and Aromatic plants. Current book includes Diversity of Medicinal and Aromatic plants of varied sources like wild and cultivated. It will be beneficial to the peoples to generate interest and increase basic knowledge on Medicinal and Aromatic plants diversity not only in India but also over the world.

Dr. Devendra Kumar Patel, Assistant Professor in Rural Technology Deptt. in Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University) Bilaspur C. G. India. He has developed Herbal Garden for Ex-Situ Conservation of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants. His research area is Plant Diversity and Conserv. of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants.
