Beschreibung
Proteases are the class of enzymes, which occupy key position with respect to their applications in both physiological and commercial fields. Proteases are also known as peptidyl - peptide hydrolases and are industrially useful enzymes which catalyze the hydrolysis of peptide bond from protein molecule. Proteases constitute 0-6% of the global industrial enzyme market, most of which are alkaline proteases.
