Beschreibung
In this study, RIPs were isolated from the root of Bougainvillea spectabilis and its action on the rRNA of E. coli and S. cerevisiea was determined. The Protein was purified by CM Sephadex Column Chromatography and quantified by Brafords method and its electrophoretic mobility and their molecular weight were determined by SDS PAGE and Native gel. Key words: Bougainvillea spectabilis, E. coli, S. cerevisiea, CM Sephadex Column Chromatography, Brafords method, SDS PAGE and Native gel. Our world is built on biology and once we begin to understand it, it then becomes a technology.
