Dr. Sanjay Gaikwad is working as a Teacher in English at Mahatma Phule Arts and Science Junior College, Pishore, Tal: Kannad, Dist: Aurangabad, (MS) India. He has completed M.A., B.Ed.,Ph.D.(English). He is a creative writer and speaker. He has written several books & articles in Marathi and in English. He effectively speaks on varied topics.
