Beschreibung
Three main objectives of this study: 1. Investigating the effects of thriving on employees creativity and overall performance. 2. Examining the mediation effects of employees creative process engagement between thriving and performance as well as creativity. 3. Identifying potential moderators within this study to examine the effects they may have on employees creative process engagement: employee's level of core job characteristics, core self evaluation and psychological empowerment. 4. Providing practical recommendations to implement this study to enhance organisational performance.
