Dr. Odirin Omiegbe is a graduate of Special Education from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He treats patients with behaviour disorders and speech impairment and lectures Special Education, Psychology and Guidance and Counselling courses to student teachers in tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
