This study aims to assess how employees are motivated to perform the way they do at their workplaces. And what is it that managers or supervisors should do to encourage or motivate their employees to perform well and produce quality products or services. For an organization to retain and motivate its employees to be the assets of the organization and to provide the company with great performance, the following recommendations are made: Steps should be taken to improve upon financial rewards and recognition to the employees by making provision of extra night shift allowance. The employees views should be taken into consideration in the decision making process. Promotion procedures, bonuses and time schedule of the employees should be recognized to make employees contribute their maximum efforts to improve their performance. Recognition, advancement and responsibility aspects of motivation should be used to establish the job of the employees. Maintain open communication with employees and give them opportunity to express their own ideas and opinions.
