It's vital to enhance the civil participation in the fight against corruption and autocracy & understanding corruption in education as a human right issue. Furthermore technology and continuing education are vital for an effective management and a shared societal culture based upon models & ethical leadership that sustains social responsibility, environment sustainability and corporate governance. However the dynamics of organizational behavior link to appreciate the right of people to enjoy their life and to be an entire part of their citizenship their organization culture.
