Philosophy is the way of living. Etymologically it is known as a discipline which means love for wisdom. Wisdom includes knowledge and experience. A person is said to be the holder of wisdom when he/she knows the inherent meaning of knowledge and then apply that very knowledge in his/her practical life. Educational Philosophy is the application of the principles of philosophy in the field of education.There are different types of thoughts in philosophy which are known as the schools of educational philosophy. Every school of philosophy is different from one another because every school interpret reality, knowledge and values in different ways as per their need. Mandeep discusses every school in an elaborated style with example quoted in it. She is appointed director of Bertrand Russell Society (Punjab Chapter) by Bertrand Russell Society, USA. She presented many papers in national and international seminars.
