Beschreibung

This book offers a timely and philosophically grounded response to the moral crises afflicting contemporary business. In an age where data, efficiency, and algorithmic logic dominate organizational life, this book proposes a return to ethical discernment, human dignity, and purposeful work. It guides readers through classical ethical theories (deontology, utilitarianism, virtue ethics) and discusses contemporary challenges such as AI, fintech, Sustainable Development Goals, stakeholder capitalism, and inclusion. Drawing from both Western and Indian critical philosophical traditions, and including concepts like dharma, karma yoga, and nyaya, this book describes a globally resonant ethics for leaders and professionals navigating complex decision-making environments.
