Strategic leadership and creative management are to scout new ideas, to take reasonable risks, and leveraging human and social capital are aspects that enhance a firms competence as well as in turn it can lead to more influential innovations that ultimately have market value. Owing to global competition there has been a drastic change in the external corporate market and a leader has to adapt to this dynamic world by reading the signs of time, establishing a new direction by developing a vision of the future in alignment with people by communicating their vision and inspiring them to overcome hurdles. It is possible only through education and positive thinking to develop strong leadership qualities in the minds of emerging leaders. Therefore, strategic leadership and creative management can be seen as one of the most essential elements of organizational competitiveness and it is an effective tool of survival.
