Within working women, there are certain professionals who are hardly explored in terms of difficulties that women experience in delivering dual responsibilities and suffocation experience in performing dual roles. One such grossly neglected profession is women police. There are very few studies on women police constables to explore their challenges and difficulties that emerge out of working environment, issues in the family and personal life. This monograph focuses on exploring issues of women police constables covering both work and life situations. It offers valuable insights to policy makers, administrators in general and Police Departments in particular.
