'Role parameters within the teaching practicum triad' examines the different roles played by the practicum triad members during the school-based component of primary teacher training. The book interrogates the perceptions of school support-teachers, trainee teachers and teacher educators in an effort to establish the facets of the school participation that are most effective in supporting trainee teachers throughout their school based practicum. Pragmatic suggestions from practicum triads are collated in order to develop effective partnership models. This book thus proposes practical solutions which provide teacher education institutions with the realities of modern-day work-integrated learning and other related professional activities.
