Guided training using the following procedure:1) analyze training needs,2)Design training,3)conduct pre-test, 4) carry out face to face training, 5) carry out post-test 1, 6) implementing results of training in groups, 7) evaluate and perform post-test 2. Guided training procedures have been tested feasibility for use in training.Testing is done on the validity, practicalities and effectiveness of guided training.
