This book traces the steps that an academician can partake to achieve academic excellence. The writers, both having achieved the pinnacle of their academic career at an ''early'' age, share the roadmap that has been treaded on to enhance their performance and hence, continue to contribute to the drive for quality in the institutions of higher education. Hj Kamaruzaman Jusoff (PhD) is a professor at UPM, Malaysia specialising in applied remote sensing. He contributes to high impact journals & helps in search & rescue for aircraft mishaps via hyperspectral imaging system. Siti Akmar is an associate professor at UiTM, Malaysia & has written, translated & edited numerous books & articles.
