The purpose of this book is to describe the impact of the National academic accreditation on the performance improvement of the higher educational institutions.I believe that quality is the magic word for improvement, organizing, and success. The applying the national accreditation standards in the higher educational institutions brought significant changes in the quality of education, especially inside Saudi Arabia. The Literatures Review in addressed the effect on the organizations before and after national accreditation and how the performance of institutions improved after applying the quality standards. This book focused on the impact of National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment(NCAAA)on the higher education at Saudi Arabia.I used the feedback from BMC employees to evaluate the effect of NCAAA standard on BMC performance through a survey.It is essential to invest more in the performance of the employees in all educational institution to improve them as they have a significant impact on students. I hope my word to reach to all and to make a difference in education for better future.
