I believe that this book and the kind of information it covers are significant for any researcher undertaking a qualitative research in the field of TESOL. This is because the researcher can decide to undertake the same kind of research if the situation s/he intends to investigate is identical to the Libyan situation. In other words, this work may have resonances for other cultural contexts. This book is an attempt to present a clear picture in the field of TESOL in the Libya context. It is designed for the researchers, TESOL teachers, English language learners and most importantly for the Libyan Educational Authorities (LEA).
Autorenporträt
Khawdn has obtained a BA in English in 1986 from University of Sebha / Libya. He has worked for more than 25 years TESOL at the Libyan schools and universities. He has also obtained an MA in English-Arabic / Arabic-English Translation in 2004 at Salford University/UK. Now, he is an associate professor at Misurata University teaching Translation.
