The integration of the new teachers with the school system is very vital both for the achievement of the student and the success of the teacher. This can be achieved using induction as a means. The book depicts the picture of the implementation of teachers induction in preparatory schools of Addis Ababa. By doing so, it gives lesson for both Addis Ababa and others on the better implementation of induction.
Autorenporträt
The author received his first degree from Bahir Dar University in history and second degree in Curriculum and instruction from Addis Ababa University. He had been serving as a teacher, school principal, and head of education office of both Woreda and Sub-City in Addis Ababa. Currently, he is doing his PhD in Heidelberg University, Germany.
