In present arena of Globalization, Commitment of the Teacher to the work is becoming very important. Selecting, collecting, and retaining, talented employee is a major challenge for educational institution. The whole quality of educational system depends on these processes very much. That's why, Educational Managers and Administrators generally spend a great amount of efforts for increasing the level of teacher commitment. In Higher Educational Institutions, there is a separate cell or bodies that works exclusively for enrichment and assurance of the educational quality that the institution provide. The cell or bodies is generally known as "Internal quality Assurance Cell". It is the prime body of quality assurance in the Higher Educational Institutions. The aims of this book is basically two fold: firstly, to discuss the Teacher Commitment in light of Organizational Commitment. Secondly, to discuss the role of IQAC, as a part of quality assurance, in increasing the level commitment among the efficient and competent teachers.

Presently working as Assistant Professor of Education in Department of Education, Bamanpukur Humayun Kabir Mahavidyalaya (since 2014).
