The purpose of this paper is to describe of various skills among post graduate student. Now a days student doesnt have any skills. They become engineers, doctors, teachers etc. but they dont have sufficient knowledge or skill. In this paper discuss various skills which are mandatory for post graduate students. Students also face number of problems. Most of the students dont know their own skills. These students dont get any guidance related to skill. Because of lack of skills students cannot crack any interview or any competitive exam. There are number of skill like communication skill, writing skill, leadership, adaptability, logical reasoning, technical skill etc. for improving student skill it is necessary to do survey of skill identification among post graduate student.
