This book is research outcome of doctoral work. Researchers analysed the significance of standards (ISO,NAAC, NBA) in improving functioning of a MBA programme. Standards signify better outcomes in terms of improved results, placements and in turn admissions. The study suggests applicability of Six Sigma into the Management education. Researchers have suggested methods, tools and techniques to implement Six Sigma methodology for improving the processes, resulting into a branded Business school of global standards. This will not only generate revenue for the institution but will also develop the pupil holistically, having knowledge, skills and attitude expected by any recruiter.

Authors have presented at conferences including IIT, Delhi; IMT, Nagpur; Nirma University, Ahmedabad; AMDISA (SAARC) and published numerous research papers (having impact factors and good citation index).
