Dr. M. Sadiq is an Associate Prof. at Govt. Postgraduate College, Chishtian (Pakistan). He has reputed experience of teacher training, research and planning with teaching for 26 years. He earned his Ph.D. in Education from BZU, Multan. The author has won gold medals in M.A. Edu.& Pol.Science with essay writing positions at Pakistan & Punjab levels.
