The purpose of present study was to analyze the problems of semester system faced by the students during the semester system in the university of education sub campus vehari. Demographic characteristics: Gender, Residence, Father Education, Mother education, Father Occupation, Mother occupation ,Course related problem question include: Understanding of the concepts, academically overburden, in-depth knowledge, benefits of assignments and completion of assignment, develop creativity in students, better learning opportunities, develop presentation skills, develop confidence and communication skills, practical knowledge ,personality development and grooming of students, keep update with current information, provide better job. Problems related examination: Exam conducted on time; declare on time, exam remains engage in study, better marks achievement, and cause depression. Students teacher relationship: Opportunity to interaction among students and teacher, completion of academic projects, group discussion, participation in extra-curricular activities. Financial problems related semester system: Expensive than annual system and creates financial burden on parents yes or not.
