Mr. Makwae Evans is an archivist iii at Judicial Service Commission (JSC), Garissa Law Courts - Kenya and a master's student in Kisii University, Faculty of Information Science and Technology (FIST) where his work has focused on Archives and Records Management and Information Communication Technology (ICT). He taught Kisii University as lecturer.
