The teaching, learning and upbringing process is always in harmony. Training is the process of teaching new knowledge. Training is only in harmony with education. In the process of modern learning, the teacher's activity is to organize the student's educational and cognitive activities, to build up activities for the upbringing and development of the pupil, and encourage the student to engage in activities that are capable of protecting the state independence, territorial integrity, inviolability of the borders of the country, and enhancing our republic to the level of advanced democracies helping to grow up.

DILARA KARIMOVA was born in Azerbaijan Sheki Bash Kungut village in 1965. Her experience is 30 years as an English-French teacher in village school named after Nazim Haciyev, since 2014 she started work at Azerbaijan State Pedegogical Universty of Sheki branch as a French teacher. As an AzETA's member she attended in Georgia and in Turkey.
