To address the needs of these persons, the project is designing a situation where reciprocity in activities between the vulnerable groups can maintain each other. The project is teaming up lonely elderly persons with the idle young persons in a bid to enable them gain from each other. The project development in this area/ subject/ theme can offer courses from certificate, diploma and even degree certificates which the populace can enrol in once they acquire funds from the various activities that this project is proposing.The Institute can act as a resource centre for the community and for others at national and even international levels.The level of empowerment will be widened and community resource mobilization will be improved. There will be a wider spectrum of effective decision making processes since the interaction levels will be more varied. All that the various teams have done on individual levels will be geared towards demand driven initiative. Inclusion of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in terms of internet, digital recording will be more viable since the clientele for this service will be larger than individual teams.

Has experience as a teacher, a researcher, a trainer; has contributed to: care for the vulnerable, elderly lonely persons and idle young persons.Laban Marwa Werema has experience in performing arts: a producer, an actor, a director of stage plays; Television and Radio productions, a photographer.
