School facilities have direct as well as indirect impacts on the schools learning environment and students overall learning outcome. Besides this, the institutional schools utilization practices also impact on the learning environment. The findings show that the community schools were highly supported and funded by government of Nepal, donor agency and local community members. These schools are not improving the management and utilization practice. Accordingly, student learning outcome is descending in its order. It signifies that few man decisions are effective to get better school learning environment.

Dr. Bijaya Nepal is currently working as a campus chief at Hatiya Janapriya Multiple Campus and Assistant Professor Hetauda Campus both are affiliated under Tribhuban University. He has published more than a dozen of research journal in various aspects on education sector of Nepal. He has also worked with Nepal Government providing research works.
