Beschreibung
This work concentrates on developing a new model for enhancing character formation of the youth. The author has used both qualitative and quantitative data for this purpose. The work explains the ethical leadership model, the process of guiding the youngsters to grow in values through idealised influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation and individual consideration. An effective system of character formation necessitates providing an ethical leadership.

Dr. Joseph Purayidathil has completed his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Master's degree in Management from Assumption University of Thailand. He has published number of articles in different international journals. He is a Priest from the diocese of Palai and currently working as Asst. Professor at St. Joseph's Business School of SJCET Palai.
